I am the Operations Manager for an internationally distributed magazine with contributors from all over the world. One of my biggest challenges has been to keep our equipment updated, working, and the Macintosh and PC's talking with each other. After having 3 different consultants attempt to fix a Macintosh related problem, I was referred to Rich Payne. I was at a critical production time and was very frustrated that no one seemed to be able to help.
